When I was a child I hated soup. Maturity has changed that for me. I can’t imagine anything more comforting than a hot soup on a winter night. It also fascinates me that there are endless ways to cook soup. There are so many delicious soups in the world that I would like to try them all. I would make a book with the easiest ones to prepare, which are the ones I like the most.  And this could be the cover.
